We’re here to create work that matters, Jessica is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling and Mental Health and Human Services, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She brings a holistic, client-centered approach to her work, integrating clinical training with mind–body and spiritually grounded practices to support overall well-being.

As a Certified E-RYT-200, YACEP , Reiki II practitioner, and trained in Arts in Health Therapy, Jessica believes deeply in the connection between the mind, body, and emotional health. Her approach is rooted in person-centered and mindfulness-based principles, creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can show up exactly as they are.

Jessica is passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life transitions, chronic illness, relational challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth. She especially enjoys working with those seeking to reconnect with themselves, build emotional regulation skills, and break unhelpful patterns.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, cooking nourishing meals, and spending time with family. She looks forward to supporting clients as they reconnect, grow, and move toward greater balance and wholeness. by a shared commitment to quality and care.
